About The Role
BrewDog is looking for an Assistant Manager!
Our mission is to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are. The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager, lead by example in customer service, and develop the team to deliver exceptional experiences. You will be part of an experienced management team, overseeing a diverse crew, and fostering their growth and development.
About You
You should have at least a couple of years’ management experience in a busy bar and kitchen environment. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but a willingness to learn is essential. You must be customer service focused, a natural trainer, and eager to develop future talent. Financial acumen and understanding of the local craft beer scene are beneficial.
