What makes a successful Assistant Manager?

  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant with a proven sales record.

  • You’re a problem-solving leader capable of coaching, developing, and motivating a team to maximize job satisfaction and performance.

  • You have a customer-focused approach and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
