Job summary

Greene King’s The Three Horseshoes in Spellbrook is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the pub alongside the General Manager, delivering the warm welcome and high standards our customers expect.

You’ll lead from the front, develop your team, and ensure excellent service and food while keeping costs under control. Step in during busy periods with confident decisions and keep the pub running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy hospitality environment, ideally supervisory or management.

Qualifications

• You’ll already have experience working in a busy hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
• You’ll be a natural leader who knows how to motivate a team, set clear expectations and lead by example.
• You’ll care about the details and take pride in delivering great standards, whether that’s a perfectly presented dish, a well-run service or a customer who leaves already planning their next visit.
• You’ll be commercially minded too, understanding that great hospitality and great business performance go hand in hand.
