Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an Assistant Manager to bolster and shape decisions made by the Store Manager, significantly impacting the dynamics and success of the team and store.

You will lead the team to create an engaging environment, drive customer excellence, and push for continuous improvement while pursuing development through digital learning and career pathways in a supportive culture.

Salary: £47,060 + bonus + medical cover (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
