Primark Stores Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager for our Bexleyheath location. You will lead a passionate team, drive sales and customer experience, and own the store P&L. The role offers autonomy and a clear path for development within a dynamic, people-first culture.

As Store Manager you will shape the in-store customer journey, coach your team, and implement strategies to achieve commercial goals while maintaining Primark’s standards and values across the store.

Location: PrimarkBexleyheath
Salary: £competitive + car allowance + bonus + medical cover (with 33 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
