Job summary

A popular pub operator in Scotland is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll support the General Manager, lead and motivate your team, and ensure excellent guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have previous management experience in a similar environment. You'll benefit from a performance-related bonus and flexible working hours.

As an Assistant Manager you’ll:Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.

  • Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your team and guests
  • Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
  • Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
