Job summary

The Butcher's Hook & Cleaver in London’s Barbican area is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, motivate the team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a busy pub setting.

You will drive service standards, manage shifts, support training, and ensure food and drink quality matches our standards while building long-term relationships with regulars and local professionals.
