An established ladies fashion retailer in Tunbridge Wells is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the successful running of its store. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, maintain high retail standards and drive strong sales performance. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in leading and motivating the store team, ensuring customers receive outstanding service at every stage of their shopping journey. Working on the shop floor, the successful candidate will support sales growth through effective merchandising, stock control and operational excellence. They will help monitor store performance, achieve sales targets and ensure the visual presentation of the store reflects the brand's high standards. Previous supervisory or management experience within fashion, lifestyle or retail environments is desirable, alongside strong organisational skills and a passion for ladies fashion.
