Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to launch a new fashion store in Tunbridge Wells. You will lead recruitment, team development and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage daily store operations, visual merchandising and KPI delivery, building a high-performing culture with a focus on commercial excellence and customer service.

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within fashion retail.

Store Manager Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of this exciting new store opening, leading every aspect of the business from recruitment and team development through to driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll lead from the front, creating a high-performing culture where people feel motivated, supported and inspired to deliver their best every day.
