Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader in retail.
• Experience in fashion retail, lifestyle retail, footwear, accessories, beauty or premium retail.
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPI results.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to provide an outstanding customer experience.
