Job summary

TK Maxx UK is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for Tunbridge Wells to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive commercial results, ensure policy adherence, manage payroll, and optimize merchandising and customer service across our store network.

You will recruit, coach, and retain talent while monitoring KPIs and delivering a consistent, exciting shopping experience. The role is based on-site with opportunities for growth within the TJX Europe family.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading with vision, adapting and flexing to the needs of the store and the business to drive commercial performance.
• Ensuring the store adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Handling payroll and control costs to improve profitability.
• Improve the store's commercial performance through effective merchandising and sales strategies.
• Encourage and develop your team's talents to ensure high productivity and efficiency through collaboration.
• Champion strong business partnerships to support store operations and growth.
• Recruit, engage and retain a dedicated and motivated team.
• Commit to continuous development for yourself and the team.
• Supervise and achieve key performance indicators such as sales performance, service promise, store compliance, associate retention, and absence rates.
