TK Maxx UK Store 424 Peterborough is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive store performance. You’ll own daily operations, coach colleagues, and ensure our standards of service and loss prevention are upheld.

You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, build strong customer relationships, and help develop your team through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities. A competitive salary and benefits package accompany the role.
