Zachary Daniels is partnering with a Market-Leading Retailer to recruit an Assistant Manager for Leamington Spa. You will support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team on a fast-paced, high-volume floor, and drive KPIs while ensuring great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a department and step up as Duty Manager when required.

• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and compliance standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed.
• Analyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
