Buenos Aires Reigate is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our buzzing restaurant. This is an amazing opportunity for an existing team leader to step onto the management ladder with us, with a clear path for progression.

You will work closely with the General Manager, focusing on your development and your team's growth while upholding high standards of service. The role includes some cost controls and P&L responsibilities, helping shape both day-to-day and long-term success of the business.

We will provide all the training necessary to nurture you as an innovative managerto drive our unique service style in our extremely popular restaurant. We pride ourselves on having a highly passionate and dedicated super team of staff who make our concept a reality.

We expect our Assistant Managers to work closely with the General Manager, focusing on both your own and your team’s development whilst maintaining high service standards. You will have responsibilities for some aspects of cost controls and Profit and Loss, as well as help to build the day-to-day and long-termsuccess of the business.

You will also be a team leader for an amazingly fun and sociable teamand part of a company that truly values the incredible work of our staff.
