Job summary

Buenos Aires restaurant group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Redhill to lead a lively, customer-focused team and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will help maintain high service standards, manage parts of cost control and P&L, and contribute to the long-term success of our popular restaurant. Training and development are a core part of the role, with a warm, Argentinian welcome to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor within a busy hospitality environment.
• Ability to support cost controls and P&L responsibilities.
• Willingness to participate in training and development programs.

We expect our Assistant Managers to work closely with the General Manager, focusing on both your own and your team’s development whilst maintaining high service standards. You will have responsibilities for some aspects of cost controls and Profit and Loss, as well as help to build the day-to-day and long-termsuccess of the business.

You will also be a team leader for an amazingly fun and sociable teamand part of a company that truly values the incredible work of our staff.
