Job summary

The Links Tavern, part of Fuller’s, in Portsmouth is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and foster a friendly, high-standard service environment.

You will manage front-of-house, coach staff, and ensure guests receive an outstanding experience in a busy pub setting with room for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for the team and customers.
• Hands-on leader with the ability to manage day-to-day running of the business.
• Confident manager with strong decision-making skills.
