Job summary

Greene King's Hungry Horse pubs are looking for an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. You’ll lead by example, delivering amazing experiences for customers and guiding the team through busy shifts.

You’ll support the General Manager, develop staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety and allergen controls. A Personal Licence eligibility may be required, with Greene King supporting you through the process.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Eligible to hold a Personal Licence; Greene King will support the process.

• As this role may involve covering the business in the General Manager’s absence, you’ll need to be eligible to hold a Personal Licence. You don’t need to have one when you apply. If you’re successful, Greene King will support you through the process of obtaining your licence.
