Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Nottingham team. You will lead from the front, supporting the GM to drive financial KPI's and guest satisfaction in a busy branded pub environment.

You’ll manage shifts, motivate the team, and uphold our values while progressing through the Aspire programme to potentially become General Manager in the future. Flexible hours and a supportive, people-focused culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
• Passion for leading and motivating others to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Willing to deputise for the GM and manage pub operations when required.
