Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub and lead the team in delivering memorable customer experiences. You will model high standards, support with training and development, and ensure safety and brand compliance during every shift.

What You'll Do As An Assistant Manager

What You'll Bring

• You’ll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• You’ll be great with people, and as a result, have great communication and leadership skills making sure you get the best out of people.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• As this role may involve covering the business in the General Manager’s absence, you’ll need to be eligible to hold a Personal Licence. You don’t need to have one when you apply. If you’re successful, Greene King will support you through the process of obtaining your licence.
