Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You will support the General Manager, lead by example, and ensure customers and teams have a great time from open to close.

You will help deliver amazing experiences, train and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and champion customer and team safety on every shift. The role offers a clear path to develop your career within our well-known brands.

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
