Qualifications

• Au moins deux ans d'expérience en gestion dans un environnement de bar et cuisine actif.
• Volonté d'apprendre sur le craft beer.
• Connaissance du secteur local de la bière artisanale est un plus.

About The Role

BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER!

We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support our General Manager, lead by example in customer service, and develop our team.

You will be part of an experienced management team, responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences, team development, and operational excellence.

About You

You should have at least a couple of years’ management experience in a busy bar & kitchen environment. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Customer service is your focus, and you enjoy training and developing others. Financial acumen and knowledge of the local craft beer scene would be beneficial.
