Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for an Assistant Manager with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join our team. As an ambassador for our brand, this role will see you covering duty manager shifts, supporting the management team with the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, and leading and developing the team to ensure that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
