This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable to various KPIs and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing & development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Job Description
- Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
- Drive all revenue streams from membership sales to product & secondary sales, focusing on overall profitability of the gym
- Manage controllable costs such as stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
- Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest level
- Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Lead recruitment, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure all operational processes are completed consistently and to high standards
- Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team development
- Report facilities & maintenance issues following best practices
- React resiliently and flexibly to challenging situations and find solutions
- Manage policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications
Need to be:
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Adaptable communication and management style
- Positive, solutions-driven mindset
- Member champion mentality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
- Flexible with working hours and location, including weekends and Bank Holidays as required
