Job summary

Ego, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Sefton to lead a team and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will motivate staff and train them to deliver a memorable guest experience, while role-modeling development within the team.

You’ll be part of a brand family offering progression opportunities and a supportive, inclusive work environment. The role is full-time, permanent, with great staff benefits and development potential.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
