Job summary

York, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a hospitality team to deliver great guest experiences in our Nicholson's pubs.

You will motivate and develop your team, oversee service standards, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction in a busy pub environment with real progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities
