Job summary

Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team in London. You’ll help run a busy pub, lead by example, and ensure customers and teams have a great time. The role offers a clear path for career development across our brands.

You will champion brand standards, support training and development, and help safeguard customer and team safety while delivering memorable experiences for guests. A competitive salary plus bonus is provided.

• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
