Greene King in Wedmore is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub and lead the team in the General Manager’s absence. You’ll deliver great customer experiences and model strong leadership on shift.

You’ll train and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety for customers and colleagues at all times.

Formación

• Experience in leading a team and delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to get the best from people.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.
• High standards in all tasks and attention to allergen controls and safety.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

Salary - £31,000 - £34,750 + Bonus
