Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty is hiring an Assistant Manager in Leicester. You will lead store teams, drive sales, and foster a warm, supportive environment that welcomes new ideas. The role focuses on community engagement and delivering exceptional results across shifts.

Location: Leicester

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
