Domino's Pizza in the United Kingdom is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service and food quality, and drive team performance.

You’ll lead by example, coach staff, help recruit and develop talent, manage inventory and safety, and contribute to profitability while working flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with career progression and a supportive team.

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

The Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team and help drive the success of your store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards

About You:

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
