Domino’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance.

You’ll lead by example, motivate your team and help drive the store’s success, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexible hours.

Responsibilities include coaching, recruitment and training, inventory control, food safety, cost management and maintaining the brand’s positive image.

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.

The Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team and help drive the success of your store.

About You:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location)

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
