Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic (and delicious!) Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast, the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland!

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Little Wing, Holywood management team.

About the Job!

This role is to assist the General Manager in controlling the outlet according to company guidelines and assist in maximizing the revenue of food and beverage by consistently providing high quality, professional, and well-organized service.

You will be responsible for assisting the GM in implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant, implementing local marketing initiatives, creating close ties with the local community and charity groups, and working with your team to deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

It’s a super exciting position which offers you the chance to work in a fast-paced and friendly environment. More importantly, you get to work with our award-winning team and help us with our civic duty by providing glorious Little Wing pizza to the public!

We believe in work-life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week, over five shifts including weekends. As a reward, you can expect a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000, paid fortnightly.

• 1 year’s experience in a similar position of Assistant Manager or Supervisor level in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Desirable Criteria

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Management position
