McMullen & Sons Ltd. in Hitchin is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our long‑standing family‑run pub group. You will lead a busy team, ensure guest satisfaction and oversee daily operations in a warm, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager
