Job summary

Hemel Hempstead-based Destination Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily service, exceed guest expectations and manage bookings, rota planning, and cellar operations.

You will play a key role in coaching the team, controlling cash and stock, and deputising for the Manager when needed, all within a supportive family-run environment that values growth and development.

Qualifications

• Previous assistant manager level experience is essential.
• Training through McMullen GROW Programme.

• Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential however further training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme.
