Crabtree in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, and to lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding guest experience.

You'll mentor staff, train teams, and role-model exceptional service, ensuring food, drink and service meet high standards while guests feel welcomed.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and develop team to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Be the duty/shift manager when GM is absent.
• Lead by example to WOW guests.
