Job summary

Specsavers Hedge End is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire a team in a busy retail eyewear store. You will drive excellent customer service, manage daily store operations and ensure the team delivers high-quality eye and hearing care locally.

This full-time role offers a salary up to £34,000 per year, 28 days annual leave including birthday, pension, perks and support for your personal growth as you champion a customer-first mindset in the community.
