Job summary

Halfords is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of every day. You’ll drive workshop activity, boost sales, and ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction through effective management.
• Ability to coach/training colleagues on the job.
• Experience meeting Health & Safety compliance standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with IT systems and learning in-house software.
• A current valid driving licence.

• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
• A current valid driving licence
