Job summary

Little Vegas in Greater London is recruiting an Assistant Manager to help deliver exceptional customer service, lead a front-line team and support the Venue Manager in building a successful venue.

You will need to motivate staff, work flexible days and evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and be prepared to undergo a DBS check. A strong bonus scheme rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Able to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service delivery is required.
• Commercially minded with a focus on results.
• Experience implementing policy and procedure rollouts.
