The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team—driving performance, inspiring the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support daily store operations, including team management, stock control, and visual merchandising
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through hands‑on leadership and coaching
• Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation across Nokwol and third‑party products
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and care
