• Responsible for Shift Managers and Crew
• Supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
• Providing an above-and-beyond experience for your team while creating a fun working environment
• Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and experience, handling complaints promptly and honestly
• Leading from the front, working hands-on with the team and customers
• Supporting your General Manager and delivering store results
• Owning your P&L, driving sales, and controlling costs
• Managing daily operations and planning for the long term
