To be successful in the role, you’ll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic, fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail or hospitality environment. You should champion our mission and values to create the Starbucks experience for our customers and partners, translate metrics into actions, and confidently manage both people and operational priorities. A growth mindset and appetite for leadership career advancement are required.
