Job summary

Heritage - Bra_208, located in Felbridge, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub management team. You’ll help ensure smooth operations and lead by example from the moment you step through the door.

You’ll drive exceptional customer experiences, manage teams, and support training. This role rewards strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to maintaining brand standards and safety.
