Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy Hungry Horse pub in Farnborough. You will support the General Manager, lead a team to deliver great customer experiences, and role-model high standards on shift. The role focuses on developing people and ensuring brand standards are met.

You will be at the heart of day-to-day operations, driving a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to community-focused activities while delivering outstanding service.
