Miller & Carter Bournemouth, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, uphold service standards, and act as Duty Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
• Ability to train and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
