Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable people to live the lives they choose?
Do you enjoy developing and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
ESL Nuthall is a group of CQC-registered and non-registered services that support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and dual diagnoses to live independently with the right level of support. The service is led by a Registered Manager, alongside a large team of geographically dispersed Support Workers and Care Assistants providing 24-hour support.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be part of a supportive management team, helping to ensure safe, effective and person-centred services are delivered across ESL Nuthall.
While knowledge of CQC requirements would be advantageous, it is not essential, and support will be provided to help you develop in the role.
This role is primarily worked during office hours; however, flexibility is essential. You will occasionally be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts to meet service needs and provide management support across the service.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your management career within a supportive and values-led organisation. You'll play a key role in helping people live independently while supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding care and support every day.
If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership career and make a real difference to people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
