Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in one of our dine-in restaurants. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your crew, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, ensuring shifts run smoothly and standards are consistently high. You’ll coach and motivate Shift Managers and Crew, building a positive, high-energy environment where people can thrive.

About theRole

As anAssistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, working closelywith the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliveran exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-dayoperation, ensuring shifts run smoothly and standards are consistently high.

You’ll lead,coach, and motivate your Shift Managers and Crew, building a positive,high-energy environment where people can thrive. From supporting recruitmentand training to driving service, food quality, and cleanliness, you’ll play avital role in the success of the restaurant.

This is ahands-on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who’s ready to stepup, take ownership, and make a visible impact.

This role isbased in one of our dine-in restaurants.
