Wingstop UK Croydon is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the General Manager. You will coach Shift Managers and Crew, drive service quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction while delivering measurable performance in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll own shifts, recruit and train staff, and foster a positive, energetic culture where employees thrive and guests leave with a great experience. This is a hands‑on role based in a dine‑in restaurant.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring shifts run smoothly and standards are consistently high.

You’ll lead, coach, and motivate your Shift Managers and Crew, building a positive, high-energy environment where people can thrive. From supporting recruitment and training to driving service, food quality, and cleanliness, you’ll play a vital role in the success of the restaurant.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and make a visible impact.

This role is based in one of our dine-in restaurants.
