Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Dundrum is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store leader in driving sales, KPIs and customer experience across 37.5 hours per week.

You will help recruit, develop the team, maintain exceptional visual merchandising, and ensure a welcoming environment while guiding multi-channel shopping and delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and guest-focused.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Experience in retail, preferably luxury fashion.
• Good IT skills for POS and stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate product information including features, benefits and stock availability.

Purpose of the role: To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities
