Job summary

Crew Clothing Hitchin is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store in achieving its sales targets and maintaining exceptional customer service. The role focuses on leading the team, driving KPI improvements, and upholding our brand standards.

You will assist in recruitment, training, and visual merchandising, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and consistent customer satisfaction across all channels. The position is full-time with a 37.5-hour week.

Purpose of the role:

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
