Assistant Manager – H. Samuel – Derby

As Assistant Store Manager at H. Samuel in Derby, you will join a store within the local area.

You’ll support our Store Manager in achieving store targets by promoting a sales culture, building and inspiring a customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You should be passionate about role modeling your selling skills, coaching, and inspiring your team through strong leadership, adopting a proactive approach to sales management.

You’ll run the store when the Store Manager is not present and will need to plan, prioritize, and organize activities regularly.
