ARB USA ARG Resources LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our restaurants daily and support the General Manager. You will ensure smooth shift operations and contribute to local store marketing to hit sales and profit targets.

You will lead and coach team members through performance and training initiatives while upholding our service standards and company values. Meat-focused offerings and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly.
